The international Aikido Congress in Tanabe 2008 - Yoshimitsu Yamada

That congress was held in Tanabe, the birthplace of the founder Morihei Ueshiba. Practicioners from all around the world came to pay tribute to the legendary master.

Yoshimitsu Yamada was an Uchideshi (a close pupil) of Morihei Ueshiba. He is currently 8th dan of Aikikai Hombu and chief instructor of the New York Dojo of the organization.
