Zori Takegawa
These Zori Takegawa are traditional Japanese sandals consisting of two thick and comfortable straps that start from the front of the heel and go into the sole between the big toe and the second toe. The sole is made of bamboo rods tied with thread. This material plays a bactericidal and fungicidal role.
These cheap shoes, light and practical, are very adapted to the Japanese climate because they let circulate the air around the feet. They are very popular among martial arts practitioners who use them during seminars to move from one tatami to another or to get to the locker room while keeping their feet clean.
