High-quality ebony bokken with tsuba

Although it is veined ebony, its color is almost black, making it very rare. A few vertical veins are visible, but this does not detract from its quality. Currently, ebony wood is unavailable on the market, so this ebony bokken will become even more valuable in the future.

These Bokken are made by NIDOME Bokuto in Miyakonojo, Kyushu. In the past, Miyakonojo accounted for more than 80% of Japan's bokken manufacturing market. To make this bokken, NNIDOME uses the wood of a tree of about 300 years old.
