TSUKIOKA Yoshitoshi was a disciple of Kuniyoshi. He has done various ukiyo-e paintings such as historical paintings, beauty paintings, actor paintings, genre paintings, classical paintings and war paintings.
A painter who shows a unique style of painting.
He is also known as a shocking and miserable painter who uses a lot of blood, and is also called by two names, "CHIMAMIRE Yoshitoshi (covered in blood)".
